Bakker’s Fine Drycleaning Garment Protection Policy
Despite our best efforts to identify problem garments when you drop them off at our stores, Bakker’s Fine Drycleaning cannot assume responsibility for garments that have inherent manufacturer defects or weaknesses. These defects may include improper care label, improperly set dyes during manufacturing, component of the garment not able to withstand the manufacture recommended cleaning method (applique, buttons, buckles, zippers, leather/vinyl trim, belts, beads and sequins.)
Issues must be reported by calling the store where the items were picked up at within 14 days of the due date on your order. Bakker’s Fine Drycleaning does not assume responsibility for damaged or missing items beyond this time period. If in our assessment we are responsible for a damaged or missing item, you will be reimbursed the lesser of: 1) 15 times the cleaning cost of the item, or 2) the depreciated value of the item according to the International Fabricare Institute.
